Forum 360: Where Do Ideas Come From?

Did you ever wonder where do ideas generate for Forum 360? Do hosts have to come up with the idea for every show? If a person or group thinks they would make a good guest, how do they communicate with a host or with Forum 360?

Do we ever run out of ideas? One host explained how ideas are everywhere: “On a recent Sunday, I lamented my lack of future topics for Forum 360. Maybe after 16 years, I ran out of ideas! Late in the afternoon, I returned to one of the many parks I frequent with one or two of my dogs. I saw this woman with walking sticks and a backpack, repeatedly going up and down the small hill. I asked her how many times she went up and down. She told me one hundred times equaled 3 ½ miles. Then she went on to tell me she was preparing for a 14-mile walk DOWN the Grand Canyon and then back up . . . by herself.

She went on to tell me about her preparation. She had lost 50 pounds. Because the weather could go from snow to 90 degrees, she could take only what she could carry on her back. At times the path would be only 24-in. wide. I thought she would make a great guest on Forum 360.”

We are always open to ideas for future shows. Our goal at Forum 360 is to create a bridge between the people who have incredible stories to tell and listeners and viewers eager to hear their stories. Forum 360 is a jewel in the fabric of NE Ohio. Our plan is always to feature people, places, issues, and ideas with a global outlook or a local view.

We welcome ideas for topics and guests. Email Leslie@electricimpulse.com.
