Dear Community Members,
As we continue planning for the future of our campus, we wanted to share a few facility updates with you.
Aquatics Update
We remain committed to maintaining a strong aquatics program because we believe in the value it brings to our members and the community. From swim lessons and aqua fitness classes to lap swimming and family recreation, our indoor pool plays an important role in supporting health, wellness, and connection. For that reason, the indoor pool will remain open despite previous communications about closing temporarily. Our maintenance team has determined that all repairs affecting the safe operation and use of the pool can be addressed during our annual scheduled maintenance shutdown.
As summer ends, the outdoor pool will remain open on weekends only from September 8 through September 27 as an added benefit to members. This weekend-only schedule reflects anticipated lower weekday attendance after the summer season, as well as the seasonal staffing changes that occur when school resumes.
Investing in Our Future
As part of our long-term strategy to strengthen our campus agencies for generations to come, the building will be listed privately for sale in early August. We want to reassure you that our goal is not to change who we are or how we serve our community. We are seeking a partner who believes in our mission and supports our continued presence on this campus. Our highest priorities throughout this process are preserving our programs, protecting our staff, and ensuring we remain a vibrant community resource for years to come.
Throughout this process, members can expect business to continue as usual, and we will share updates as they develop.
