What do we do?

The Jewish Community Board of Akron preserves, enhances and perpetuates the Jewish way of life through:
• Providing cultural, educational, religious and human services needed for the greater Akron Jewish community
• Raising and distributing funds to help provide for the needs of Jewish people in the greater Akron area, Israel and the world;
• Developing Jewish leadership;
• Foster cooperation within the greater Akron community by advancing religious, racial and ethnic harmony in the greater Akron area
